The Power of Small: Why Little Things Make All the Difference

Little things can be big things
I read "The Power of Nice" a few years back and enjoyed it, and was pleasantly surprised to come across this book by the same authors, and enjoy it just as much. Little things often turn out to be big things, and little words or deeds carry big rewards, as I've always found and as this short book illustrates with lots of good examples. (And the lack of little gestures can have big fallout, as "Dog Poop Girl" and others have found out.) A well-written, relevant, and useful book. Recommended.

Great book!
Loved The Power of Nice and not surprised that I love The Power of Small! It's a great book and really makes you think about what you can/can't do to make a differnce, good or bad!

Meh
If I hadn't already read the Power of Nice, I might have liked this book better. But they used some of the same stories, and it just made it feel like recycled material. There are many good examples of how small changes can have big effects. But the Power of Nice is a much more important book in my opinion.
