Large, but coated for easier swallowing
These are on the larger size, but they're coated so easier to swallow. I've bought cheaper brands that I choke on, so keep coming back to these.

This is my go-to calcium, and my bone density has improved
I've been taking these regularly for years. My bone density was getting bad -- I was diagnosed with osteopenia -- even though I had been taking calcium for a while. I upped my dose of calcium and increased my vitamin D, which had dropped below normal, and a couple of years later my bone density scan is normal! This is my go-to calcium. I've been taking two in the morning and two in the afternoon, separating the calcium from anything else I take in the evening.
