Looks & Feels Great; Easily Breakable
EDIT: AUGUST 14, 2014 (7 WEEKS OF OWNERSHIP)Well, my feelings for how the case makes the phone look and feel haven't changed. However, it completely snapped on me upon putting the phone back in the case after taking it out to remove dust, etc. The very thin part around the USB port on the bottom snapped, making it relatively worthless as there is no longer a snug fit around the phone.Reading online about Spigen's warranty policy, this is explicitly NOT covered, as it was purchased from Amazon and not directly from Spigen's website ($20 vs. $30). Replacement exterior shells are available for $10, but I personally feel like that's ridiculous. I'm one to be extremely careful with my electronics and accessories, which of course is a biased statement but hey... I'm always able to sell my old phones to subsidize my new ones after 2 years so that's saying something.I contacted Spigen through Amazon. Unless they recognize this as a design flaw -- one which there are numerous blogs and and review posts about online -- and send me a replacement shell for free, I likely won't be buying Spigen again.TL;DR -- Great case aesthetically and feels great in the hand; cracks very easily around USB port. Cracked in 7th week of ownership. Going back to my $3 case.ORIGINAL:Case looks great on the phone, and creates the feel that should've been present straight from Samsung. Very snug fit, no creaks ad misalignments to be seen. The only thing worth mentioning -- as has been mentioned in previous reviews -- is that the headphone jack is too narrow and deep to fit wider headphone plugs. Easily fixable with an adapter, it still remains a truth about this product. Not a deal-breaker for me, by any means, though.

Spigen SGP10215 Neo Hybrid Case for Samsung Galaxy S4-Does'nt protect against Drops
This case fits the Galaxy 4 perfectly, it has a slim look not bulky like other cases. The access openings for the charger and headphones are accessible and the on-off and volume buttons work well without any problems. The camera, flash and speaker openings align perfectly with the plone. The only concern is that if I were ever to drop the phone this case would not protect it very well....sacraficed the looks and slim fit for protection. I ordered the slate blue case and it matches my blue Galaxy 4 quite well. The case feels secure while holding it, not like the Otter Commuter that I had on my Galaxy 3 that felt quite slippery because of the smooth plastic back and sides and the on-off and volume buttons were difficult to use, you needed to press them hard enough to make them work properly. Overall I'm very satisfied with this case.UPDATE DEC. 7, 2014...Today I dropped my galaxy 4s (first and only time) at home on the hardwood floor and I saw the the screen flash a few times and then went black. Upon close inspection I noticed that there were some small stress fractures at the upper right corner and one large crack across the upper third of the damaged screen. I called ATT and described what happened and they said the phone would need to be sent in to replace the screen and to see if there was any internal damage to the phone. This seems to tell me that this case does'nt provide very good protection agaist drops on any hard surface as noted on my initial review. I guess I learned my lesson the hard way....Hope this helps. Also aux jacks don't fit into the opening on this case as mentioned by other reviewers. I guess the next case will be for more protection rather than for looks. Reduced my rating from five to two stars on this case.

the power button key problem AGAIN
I've owned both the galaxy s2 and s3 and now I own the s4. and again every time I have to choose between a protective case I choose spigen spg neo hybrid.when I first saw the s2 neo hybrid case I immediately bought it because it had no back cover, rubber and plastic, which made my phone feel slimmer and feel more protected, it immediately became the best phone case I've had to date.Things started to go downhill when I bought the neo hybrid for my s3. It had this issue that wherever the phone was in the case it wouldn't stop turning the volume up or down and even the slightest touch on the power button key side would immediately unlock the phone. that happened because those things were too tall and made too much pressure. I had to cut down some tpu that was on top of the buttons to make it at least usable, but because of that I had to press really hard to make the buttons responsive, another problem that i had, along with the nexus 4 official case is that the super thin plastic where the USB hole is placed breaks too easily. after it breaks you're still protected but It doesn't feel nice to have the poly carbonate part loose.Today I just received my package including the neo hybrid case and a steinheil screen protector for my galaxy s4. the first thing I noticed is that the blue poly carbonate part of the case is not as shiny as the picture above shows it (apparently that's a 3D render), it is opaque and the neo hybrid logo at the side of the poly carbonate isn't as sharp and good looking as the s3's was, almost feels like the s4's poly carbonate part is a cheaply made imitation. It also has the super thin air plastic where the usb hole is, which I think will break after a month or two from grabbing my phone from my jeans pocket with two fingers. As soon as I put the phone inside the case... did you guess?... HAPPENS THE SAME DAMN THING that happened with the s3 neo hybrid case, but in this case the thing that is over the power button is the only problem, HOWEVER it's another plastic button and not part of the tpu and therefore I can't cut it down. One workaround that I found was putting some paper in between the tpu and the poly carbonate parts just a little below where the power button is in order to hold my phone without it being unlocked by itselfI won't lie, the phone feels really protected against drops and stuff. I just hope it doesnt wear my s4's back cover as the s3's did because of dust filtering after some months (I used to clean it like once a week or so). It doesn't add much bulk and looks really classy despite the blue polycarbonate part is opaque.Jeez Spigen please design your cases better. I'll give you one more chance with the neo hybrid case when the s5 comes out. if I have the same problem AGAIN, I won't buy your cases even if yours are the prettiest out there...

Broken after 3 months, minimal abuse
Looks good and fits the phone almost perfectly. However there are two design flaws - the plastic that binds the whole case together has two weak points - at the charge point and the headphone jack cutouts.I've no real idea how it happened, and generally I am really careful with my phones, but somehow the plastic snapped at the charge port cutout - rendering the case broken.I'm going to chase a replacement or refund, as 3 months for a £20 case is unacceptable and as far as i'm concerned, not fit for purpose.Same, because it feels good otherwise.

Survived a fall onto concrete
I'm delighted with this and as the title suggests the phone slipped out of my hand and went crashing down onto concrete and the only damage was a couple of small scuffs on the edge of the case and a fully protected phone. I dread to think the state of the phone without this protecting it. The buttons on the side work that overlay the phone buttons work perfectly for me. Expensive but I'm happy with it.

Slick looking case with only one flaw
By far one of the better looking case with a nice slick and professional design. It's very rectangular in design which reminds me so much of my previous phone, GS2. Unfortunately its slick design comes with one downside - the cutouts for the headphone jack is not wide enough to fit most 3rd party headphones or AUX cables. This forces me to take the case out in order to listen to music. Definitely a major flaw in this design but otherwise a fantastic looking case.

Looks really good, doesn't add much bulk to the phone and actually makes it much easier and nicer to handle. Without the case it was only a matter of time before it would have got dropped. I have only had it for about three or four weeks so cannot confirm how durable the case is after much use. Especially the frame which some past reviewers have said can break. But I don't plan to take the case off and on much, so hopefully won't be an issue. I have not noticed the phone getting hot either which is good. Overall very pleased so far and couldn't have found a nicer looking case.

The connector holes are too small
The holes for the charger and the earphones are too small so most of my equipment won't connect without me removing the cover...Don't buy this!

Not very durable. 3 months use
Product is 3 months old and the plastic bumper has snapped near the charge and headphone port. Would not recommend this product I have not tampered or even dropped the case it must be the cheap material used. Not happy.UPDATEcontacted spigen about the problem, emailed them pictures and had a new bumper delivered within 2 days. Excellent service just hope this new one lasts longer!

easily the best case for an s4 there is on the market, fits like a dream and makes the phone look even nicer, solid, snug fit and very durable. I have taken it through hell and back and my phone looks brand new after 18months and my case still looks hardly used.

Amazing look, fit, touch and quality
I have read some reviews, expected Neo Hybrid to fit and look nice, but at the end I was really suprised it even exceeded my expectations. Neo Hybrid fits perfectly - its butons work as genuine, all outputs (charging, speakers, headphones, etc) match precisely, there are no squeaks or windage. On top, the quality of the material is great in touch and look and I don't observe any extra warming (Galaxy S4 is warming quite a lot in its upper part in principle). I highly recommend.

Broke After 3 months
I got the case and placed it to my GS4. All is well at the beginning since the case is really pretty and makes the pones look even better. The problem is that with minimal use the plastic around the usb port broke with no abuse what so ever. For a product at that Price they should have come with a better solution. Not recommended at all.

Elegant
The colour complements my blue S4 beautifully and the case adds very little to the thickness of the handset, unlike other cases I have looked at. One may pay a bit more for Spigen cases, but the quality shows through. Why spoil a superb 'phone with a poor case? Connector openings are perfectly OK for supplied accessories and 3rd party ones of chosen with care.

The illusion of quality
I was initially diappointed with the quality of the product when it arrived. But it fit well and looked good. However, I would question the products ability to protect the phone if it were to be dropped. And the thin plastic strip that holds the rubber case in place broke within a couple of weeks. I would expect more from a product that costs £17.99.

Very disappointed with the product
The casing despite claimed by many being long lasting and durable, mine is broken only after 6th month of use. Very disappointed with the product. It comes at a hefty price but the quality is really poor!

Mixed thoughts...
For £17 this case should be bloody amazing. And it is... sort of.It looks fantastic, I love how it makes the phone look and feel. However, my issues arise with the robustness of the plastic 'rim'. Mine snapped near the bottom after about 2 months. Disappointing...

Excelent quality
The best looking case for the S4. Spiegen did a very good job on this one. I recomend it to all S4 users.
