Spiral Metal Boning - 10 Yard 3/16" + 24 Tips

i’m making a corset for a cosplay and all of the fabric stores near me don’t carry a spiral steel boning and this is perfect! a little difficult to cut but i’m happy to have that so i know it won’t snap easily!

I really enjoy using this stuff. I've made two wedding dresses with it, and it has the perfect combination of sturdiness and flexibility to give a smooth, flattering fit. My only complaint would be that it doesn't come with enough ends.

Other reviewers have cited the metal caps don’t fit tight and I would agree with this.The boning itself is a nice quality and good value for the money. Just know the clips are so so.

The item is as described. Item also arrived early as a matter of fact. The end caps were as others have mentioned in the reviews a little lesser quality than others. I did find that they were easier to install on the ends with a pair of needle nose pliers. The Bonine caps setting pliers didn’t work but a pair of needle nose pliers with a little moreKeratin detail worked just fine.

I'm putting the finishing touches on a handmade corset (my first), and I used this boning for a professional look. I haven't worn the corset yet, as it is not yet complete, however I can truly say that this product was the right size (1/4"), and it was easy to cut with wire cutters. I will order more once they restock.

Used this for boning all my cheap corsets. Works well and pretty east to handle. Make sure you buy more caps though

Good price, fast shipping and it feels like great quality. I just put it into two corsets, I hope it holds up well as my old source, cause if I can save a few bucks I won't complain! If this still says great quality 3 months after this is posted then I have no complaints....but I'm that customer, if my boning snaps you'll have an edited comment haha, happy sewing everybody!
