I bought this as a science experiment for my grandkids from Betty Crocker, Betty's Lab. Though this product comes with it's own bags, I recommend getting regular brown paper bags for the experiment. You should have seen the amazement in my grandkids eyes as their cob started to fill the bag. They enjoyed their experiment and got a healthy, tasty treat in the end. Now they don't want to go back to the regular microwave popcorn. LOVED IT!

Popping this was super simple and for a more preferred taste, we just added butter and salt. I liked the idea of it being on the cob. The only issue is that some of the popcorn didn’t pop off and gets stuck on the cob

I bought this as a gift for my 97 year old mom who loves popcorn. She was raised on a farm in the Midwest and they grew popcorn (popping corn as she always says) . She loved it! Yes I’ve had better popcorn but it’s still pretty good. It was fun and each cob was enough for the two of us to share. I drizzled melted butter and salt on it and we enjoyed it very much.It comes with a bag to pop it in and it pretty much fills the bag when popped. I cooked it for 2 minutes. Listen for the pops just like you do for all microwave popcorn.

I really wouldn't was the money on this, it comes a lot small than expected and the popcorn doesn't taste the best. still really neat and cool gag gift, but I would save the money

I brought this at a specialty store once and had to find it online. I didn't know popcorn could taste so good. Expensive but worth it as a treat. Only pop once. I mistakenly took it out too soon once and decided to put it back in. BEWARE, do not attempt to put any unpopped portion back into the microwave. HOLY COW the smell was horrible, black ooze within 30 seconds. :)

I ordered extra to share with family and after popping the product I had to call and apologize for such a bad popcorn. Around half of the kernels didn't pop. The popcorn that did was dry and gummy. Even if all the kernels popped there would be less than half of what you normally would get with a standard microwave bag. The novelty of popping on the cob was attractive but we even had to cut some of the popped corn off the cob. The price was way too much for a simple novelty. Maybe a science project.

Received the first one as a gift. Loved it. Ordered these for both gifts and myself. A little drier than the last one. A little melted butter and you could not tell. Great flavor.

Purchased Sept. 20, 2019 for Christmas gifts, but expiration (best by) date on product was Dec. 01, 2019. That is less than 2-1/2 months. No returns allowed. Other than that the product looks good and fun to do.
