Q: Can this timer kit be set to ONE late evening feeding? What is length of time for the feeding? Can time be adjusted?

It can be set for 1 up to 4 feeding times, and time of dispersal can be adjusted to 1 to 6 seconds each. The attachment points are adjustable too.

Q: How well would this work with throwing whole kernel corn? I feel lack of battery voltage may cause jamming/lock up of spinning plate.. Any suggestions

It works great with whole kernel. We have 9 feeders and we put Moultrie all-in-one timers on all of them. No problems with jamming. We do use clean corn. We used other timers in the past. These are the best timers we have used.

Q: What is the largest size pellet that this unit can throw?

I use a mix of pellets that include Timothy and alfalfa grass pellets " which are 5/16" by up to 1" long". It throws them perfectly fine.

Q: Will this timer replace a non-functioning one on my current all-in-one Moultrie collapsible feeder?

It depends on a few additional factors; what type connection you currently have,screw pattern and power needed. We truly loved this feeder on our 30 gallon barrel feeder.
