Delicious!! I couldn't believe these were dairy free. I make these several times a week because these mashed potatoes are that amazing.

I really wish this wasn't so good. Seriously. I eat way too much of it. It's quick and easy and tastes SO good. Add a little salt and pepper and you're good. But if you really want a treat, put a little vegetarian gravy on top...omg. I like regular mashed potatoes, but let's be honest, they're a huge pain. Ain't nobody got time for all that. At least not all the time. These take literally 2 minutes. And taste just as good. (I'm a grandma I can say that) Texture is good. Maybe 3 large servings per bag. And no dairy! Love that part the most.

These potatoes are so good! Just like I remember back when I could have the dairy version. Simpler to prepare than the original plain flakes you can buy. 1 packet and 2 cups boiling water in a bowl. Stir, let sit 1 minute, and you're good to go.Thanks to Idahoan for returning a comfort food item to me. And Amazon for making it accessible as I haven't found it in any store I've been to. I knocked down 1 star only because the box I recieved is close to its expiration date which is a little disappointing. Hopefully my next order will be fresher.

My son has a milk allergy and finding dairy free instant mashed potatoes is hard to find. This is a great option and my son loves them! We add creamy oat milk as the milk substitute and it works out perfectly. Highly recommend.
