Very helpful to stretch calves
I didn't expect these to be such powerful little blocks. I can really feel the stretch up my calves. Doing this on a regular basis helps with foot pain. Super light and easy to carry anywhere you want. I can do it barefoot or with socks, and I don't have a problem sliding off because of the rough texture.

Plantar Fasciitis
Bought this to help me continue my physical therapy at home. They work well, good quality and having them makes me workout more and maintain my progress for strengthening and stretching. Size fits into my bag for traveling.

Inexpensive and effective. No grip when wearing socks.
You get three pieces with this product. For me, the slighter angle pieces needed to be stacked to make it useful. It might be nice to start with the slighter angle pieces for some, I started out with them but found them to be too slight. I am sure they will be perfect for some people though. (two different slight angles)So I ended up with two pretty much equal wedges or ramps. When you stack up the two slighter angle pieces they are pretty close to the steeper angle piece. I find that doing both at the same time is better than one at a time. You can feel it stretching out the back of your leg. I like to do it often for short periods of time. They are made of a hard smooth foam type material which has no grip when wearing socks. They do not give like some foam, they are not meant to be soft. Since there is no grip, I just slide down the ramp. At first I was frustrated by this. With shoes on or barefoot it works fine. Also with socks it is fine as long as you want your heal on the ground, it will end up there anyway when you slide down the ramp.I noticed that in the photos, people are wearing shoes and are not bottomed out at the end of the ramp. I find myself using this either right out of bed barefoot or with shoes/slippers on with good arch support the most. I do wish they had a little grip. The price is great, they work fine, I might consider putting some kind of abrasive tread material on the surface at some point. You could of course make your own out of wood but I doubt you would save any money or have a better result.

Great for stretching calves and feet
Got these to help with plantar fasciitis. I am a big person and these hold my weight no problem. I can feel the stretch, it feels great. I put by my kitchen sink so when cooking, chopping or washing dishes I am stretching my feet and calves. Haven't used the larger one yet because it had a stronger smell which I am sensitive to. Letting it air out for awhile. But the other two I use daily.

Simple, perfect for my needs.
I wanted a simple lift for my feet while sitting on the couch. I have plantar fasciitis, but my feet don’t comfortably sit flat on the ground while sitting on the couch, and I end up pointing my toes and resting my heels on the couch. Which is obviously not good for PF. So thought I’d find something I can use to mildly stretch my calves and keep my feet flat while watching tv and such. These work great. Basic, simple. Can do both of my feet at the same time and same height, or do one at a time with a more aggressive stretch. Thumbs up.

Great for stretching calf
I have tight calf muscles and this has been an effective tool to use to stretch. I bought one for my home use and after a few days purchased another one for my office. It makes it easy to do a quick stretch when on a conference call or between meeting. They are both light weight and durable. Also, since they come as three stackable pieces, it is easy to adjust the stretch tension. I am happy with my purchases.
