Updating my review. Pour very slowly. The newer sodastream bottles have marks on them for where to fill water and how much to fill for the syrup. Just need to pour very carefully; tilting the bottle and pouring the syrup in so it runs down the side into the carbonated water seems to work well. This is definitely the cheapest way to drink mountain dew, and with a 20lb co2 tank you'll save insane amounts of money.If you are careful, this saves insane amounts of money and with a 20lb co2 tank you can make the mountain dew far fresher tasting than any store bought diet mountain dew. The few times I've had to go back to cans of diet mountain dew when out of co2 I have not been happy with them. Being able to carbonate as much as you want and add how much syrup you want easily outclasses store bought diet mountain dew. Make sure to use filtered water, carbonated tap water that isn't filtered has a very tap watery taste even with the mountain dew syrup added.

I had high hopes for code red zero. I have not found it in bottles or cans by me and I found the soda stream version so I had to get it! It is very good but, as with all zero sugar, not quite the same. Something is missing… but maybe I didn’t carbonate the water enough or chill it enough… regardless I will be drinking and reordering this flavor for sure!!

This was a great find. I am a hard-core code red addict. This zero-sugar syrup works great with Club Soda and does not have a bad taste for a diet drink. Hopefully will help me transition over from the full sugar soda.

I've enjoyed Mtn. Dew Code Red for many years yet I've never seen the Zero Sugar variant in stores.I had high hopes for this and it delivers!After one taste this immediately became my favorite Soda Stream drink and I prefer it to the regular bottled Code Red.
