🐕The LotFancyGolden Retriever is Made in China but it does not have an offensive odor. The manufacturer tag states that it "meets or exceeds the US Toy safety standard ASTM F963". It does not have any plastic parts. It is recommended to be hand washed but I would use the machine as I wash all my dog's stuffed toys by machine. It is very cute and very soft. I would wash it before giving it to a baby as most new materials may have dust and residues from manufacturing.

To neuter that dog. I had a pair of neutered brothers who would hump each other so neutering didn't work. This type of dog would be perfect for them instead of what looked like weird incest. I'm getting this dog for my new puppy. He needs washable release and in his comfortable crate with its own bed and toys. Humping pillows and other odd things won't do.
