Nice and sturdy
Its a good recliner...buy it if you are less than 5.4 ft...else you need leg support.The leg support is dependent on back support...i.e it moves only if you recline...you cant move leg support alone.If you have acid reflux then this is a good place to sleep.Quality and build is good.

The only usefull Cervical pillow
Out of all the gimmicks in the market, just using the memory foam and not ensuring the right thickness and firmness they end up paining more than giving any relief. This pillow however is the best cervical & neck pain relief pillow, value for money , and just the right thickness . Go for it . I had bad posture , it worked it's charm.

"Disappointing Drop in Quality"
I had purchased the same pillow earlier, and it had a very nicely stretched quilted fabric, and the foam had a really firm hold. However, this time, when I ordered 2 more, I received really poor quality products. The fabric is of extremely poor quality, not at all like what is shown in the image, and the foam is also very soft, lacking proper support.

I don't know if it's a personal preference but the ridges and bumps of this pillow were actually uncomfortable and made my neck more sore.
