Product arrived very quickly and it was packed well. It comes with charging cable and five different tips. They are made from a strong plastic and definitely won't break. The whole remover looks good and it's very quiet while using it. It doesn't take long to charge it and one charge lasted me for good few times. I suffer from really bad blackheads and enlarged pores so I wanted something to help me manage them. The suction is not the strongest but it cleared most of my pores and skin looked so much clearer the next day. I liked the bigger tip as it seems to work better for my skin.

Does a great job at removing clogged pores however can be hard to move over your skin quick enough so it doesn't leave any marks while still cleaning and clearing pores. Would recommend.

Batteries run out a bit quick but in all this is hands down one of the best products I've used and gets rid of black heads on the nose pretty fellas well as other places. Easy to use and painless in my opinion. Only downside is not all the heads are actually useful as not all pick up suction. Been using it a while and personally I can see the difference.

Great product that worked a dream. No bruising, although I only tried it on the lowest setting. Pores were noticeably clearer, although I am not particularly prone. Added plenty of my usual moisturiser afterwards. My skin looks a little plumper and has more of a glow and feels like it absorbed my moisturizer much better afterwards.

Was very excited to use this. I get tiny tiny blackheads on my chin, nose and upper lip between lip and nose. Very minute and hard to get out. Tried it first on my nose just where my glasses rest on the bridge. Pressed the first button which is the lowest setting. All seemed fine until the next setting pressed itself and it stuck to the skin that hard it left a massive red bruise. I thought maybe I’d touched the second by mistake, a big fat NO. Tried it on the edge of my lower mouth and the same thing happened again. I’m now left with two huge bruises on my face and look like I’ve been in a boxing match 😩😩😩😩Will be returning and would advise not to buy 😞

Very happy with this product. The suction is great. I used all the different heads on different sections of my face. You do need to be careful with it though as I think I used the wrong head cap around my cheekbone and gave myself a little mark. I recommend using face cream or alovera straight after as your face can become quite tender. But once your skin calms down from using the product, your skin becomes super smooth, and you will realise how clearer it looks. I got so much gunk out of my pores. The only thing I'll say bad about this product is that there's no cleaning items to clean the heads after using them but it is amazing for the price! Very happy. My face is getting the tlc it deserves!

DO NOT BUY!! this has left my 12 year old daughters black heads more angry than they were before! And not I’m being told I can’t get a refund! Total waste if money. Avoid at all costs
