Q: Does this set come calibrated and includes a calibration certificate? I need this for quality control in a processing plant.

No, they do not come calibrated or with a calibration certificate. We sent the weights of our set that we needed calibrated out to a certified lab to obtain the calibration certificate, and were pleased that the tolerances on our weights were all within +/-20 ppm deviation of the nominal values (for the 100, 200, 500, and 1000 gram weights)

I didn't get such a certificate with mine. I can tell you that they are in fact stainless steel. But I cannot certify the precision of the weights. They indicated the same as some calibration weights from work. But the precision of the scale I have here at home lacks the precision to do certification. If they are claiming F1, they probably met it because it would be so easy to verify if it became an issue.
