Love it!This product worked right out of the box (package). I put batteries in and the TV someone gave me came right on. The volume button worked. The channel button worked. And most importantly, the mute button worked! haIt was easy to figure out how to bring up Roku and the DVD player and go back to the TV. It was easy to program the channels.So, many "universal" remotes say they work with every TV, but this was the first one I have ever seen work right away without any programming, stupid code numbers, calling the unhelpful desk number, etc.BAM! Greatest remote ever and I only have used about 6 of the buttons so far!I think the other buttons help simultaneously land the Falcon Heavy twin boosters, remotely dock the Space X shuttle to the space station, control the route that Elon Musk's Tesla is taking to Mars and back, and the voice command option acts as the "red phone" in case I have to talk to all the worlds' leaders and calm them down when the President loses the nuclear football (the briefcase with the launch codes and command options for nuclear warfare)--kind of like on War Games with Matthew Broderick, but better, and works to simulate Jimmy Page's double neck (12 string and 6 string) guitar for air guitar solos of my favorite Led Zeppelin songs!

I got a new LG smart TV last year and always hated the remote. It's crazy to me that these TV remotes aren't better. There was no way to control the Bose sound bar with the LG remote. I bought this last week, had it set up in 5" and it works better than either original remote. The size is good and it actually has a better signal range than either original. Would definitely recommend.

The one feature this remote lacks that my old remote had, is the Flash button that allows you to easily switch back and forth between two channels. I used that so much.The instructions say that you can program it to do anything that your old remote could do if the old remote still works. Who orders this when the old remote still works? For most users this is a useless feature.Also, when using it in the dark, it was convenient to slide your thumb along the buttons on the left edge to find the tall volume button. Then you could just move over to click the Mute button. On this remote, there is a depression between the up and down volume options, making it difficult to tell where it is without looking.It is nice that all you have to do is put batteries in and it works immediately. No set up is required even with my non-smart 2014 TV.

The remote worked with my LG TV immediately and programming it to my stereo receiver was super quick too.I'm a big fan that it's a similar format to my OEM LG remote and is much more reasonably priced than some of the other universal remote options.

The numbers don’t function. Emailed company to see if they could advise me but no response. Will return. Trying to decide if I should order another one and hope it works.

I needed a replacement remote for an LG tv. From past experiences, programming a "universal" remote never seemed easy to me. Well......I followed the instructions ( about 2-3 steps) and...Voila!! done.And it works exactly as the original - this is a winner.Just be aware ---As stated - this is for LG tvs
