With the new graphic cards, a higher-watt output power supply is necessary. The GPU manufacturers are specifying up to 1200 watts now to feed their power-hungry cards and if going all-out with two cards leaves you with very few, or no, options. This gives you what you need for up to a single 4090 NVIDIA card. Unfortunately, it is not a PCIe 5.0 spec PSU so you can't use the 12+4 cable on both ends but there are enough 8 socket plugs to use the three 8's to 12+4 adapter supplied by most of the card makers. Getting 1200 wats will cover you if you are adding water cooling or a batch of case fans also. A good quality power supply at a reasonable price sized to give you some extra space to run/store your wires in that new build.

I love that it has enough power for an eventual high end GPU (whenever I can get one) and it surprised me to find that it is smaller than my previous 750 watt PSU. It is so quiet I cannot hear it above my also very quiet fans in the case so they are using great fans as well.

So far so good. Mine was not DOA, has been running my rig for a few months now. Still sparking away. Haven't had any issues.I waited to review, as I've seen some bad but, I lucked out. Mine is still working just fine. Running your basic components, plus a 2080 super, liquid pump, 11th gen processor, some RGB with no issues so far.For the price, doesn't get much better for this size of PSU.

This items seems to work fine, it does have a slight buzzing/whining noise when powered on. It is not very noticeable, but if you have a low noise computer you it may cause some disturbance.

Got a Corsair AX1000 blew up after only 20 minutes of running it so I needed something fast so my computer wouldn't be down for a week. This PSU is running great so far, fan isnt loud powers my 3090 great. Will update if anything changes.

The power cable for the Motherboard was way too long to the point where it got in the way. The power supply made a high pitched whine at all times. After about 6 months of use my system would randomly shut off and I would have to unplug the system to get it to power back on. I paid $43.65 to ship it back to Silverstone as per their warranty policy. They have been very bad at communicating and even had to ask for the tracking number 7 days after the package had arrived at their address. The package was marked with the RMA# on the outside of the box in large letters in 2 locations. We'll see if I ever get a working unit returned to my home.

Worked exactly as stated nice and quiet. Had all the cables I needed. Would have liked nicer cables but for the price it was well worth it.

Very happy with this PSU! I have a power hungry FX-9590 and this is just perfect! I used to have an 800W PSU and when it’s time for the old PSU to retire, I gave my PC extra juice.

Compre la fuente para minar con gpus y una chulada la tengo trabajando más de dos años 24/7 a 220v y no me ha fallado para nada, ña uso un 70% ya no recordaba que la tenia hasta que le di mantenimiento, recomendable para uso rudo aunque ya haya subido algo de precio
