The potency is better than most. I learned there are many benefits from pomegranate, but the one I am most interested is the anti-cancer ability. I am in remission and the pomegranate is one of the supplements I take to prevent recurrence.

I take several different supplements, so when I try something new I have to take it - then not take it- then take it, to see if it actually helps me where I need it. I did that with the pomegranate and it does seem to help as stated. My health is pretty poor, so any improvement is welcome! This is affordable, always packaged well and easy to swallow- important with acid reflux. I also like that it's a slightly different colour than the other grayish/brown supplements I take. Of course, being a red fruit would make that happen, but I still appreciate it! Always receive it very quickly as well.This is an honest feedback from a customer who has paid in full for product and is leaving true comments about item.

Excellent price. Easy to swallow and digest. Seems to be helping with blood pressure and increased energy.

I’m use to swallowing vitamins which I feel are normal in size. No flavor to me but Would highly recommend these for swelling .I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis in my knees and after two weeks w/one a day I feel great.

Adding this supplement to my diet for the dietary benefits it's supposed* to have. I haven't had any adverse reactions.

I cannot say that the product has provided any boost in my energy level and although they use the word organic in their name, I could not find any documentation on their website that certifies the pomegranates used are actually certified organically grown. I will finish the bottle but probably not purchase again due to the lack of certification information as stated.

I very much needed an antioxidant boost as well as energy boost, I’ve been taking them for a few days and feel great. A lot around me have been sick with colds and I have not gotten the bug. Great antioxidant booster also good for my high blood pressure.
