You can't tell if this kind of stuff works. Only that you don't have side effects and I haven't felt anything go wrong since taking it.

This is the first time I have ordered this product brand. I use zinc as a daily supplement. I decided to give this one a try. It’s a gel cap which I have not used before but I expect it to be a good product.

I cannot really know, but I researched for hours and was convinced this glycinate is the best form (I do know from experience that is true of magnesium).This price was not usurious. Recent study found zinc involved in hospitalized covid survival rates. Told a friend who worked for years in geriatric care. Totally old news to her as part of immune packet they gave everybody.

I read glycinate was the best form of zinc. Also read certain prescription drugs can deplete zinc levels, as will certain diseases. So, being a pre-diabetic, and taking several meds that may interfere with zinc levels, I figured I would try this to, not only build up immunity against a cold virus, but to help against further hair loss and to build up my zinc levels. Still waiting for the hair stop falling out, but I haven't been on this for very long. It is an easy-to-swallow small gel capsule. All the capsules came intact in the bottle.

oh, this makes my second order of these great zinc softgels. Product is very easy to swallow and awesome color so in a pillbox easy to identify, I take them every day and plan on continuing to order this product in the future, a great value.
