They work great, great price, excellent amazon service! 2003 VW Jetta ALH TDI
Great glow plugs. The other night I got a check engine light in my 03 VW Jetta TDI, the code was for a cylinder #2 glow plug. I tested all 4 plugs for resistance to make sure it was the plug and not a wiring issue, which apparently can happen some times. My testing showed the plug in cylinder #2 was dead. It was a Beru brand that I had put in there maybe 5 years ago or approx max 20000 miles. I don't know glow plugs very well but that seems a little short on life. So that is why I went with Bosch and amazon could get them to me quickly due to Prime! I changed all 4 plugs(cleared the code and no problems since) and will be getting more to have spares on hand, just in case as the local parts stores don;t stock and the nearest VW dealers are over an hour away from me!

Glow little glow plug, glimmer glimmer.
I want to thank Amazon.com for locating this Bosch 80028 Glow Plug for me at very low cost of $12.36. Three years ago, the VW dealer charged me over $37.00 for a glow plug and total price for glow plug and installation was over $200.00. Dealer said it was a hard job to do as it took them one hour and thirty min. to do the job.I removed the old glow plug and installed the the Bosch 80028 Glow Plug in 20 min.Job was easy as changing a spark plug. Some dealers will lie. New glow plug is working just fine.

Works Great in my 2001 VW TDI
I had a bad glow plug recently in my 2001 VW Golf TDI. I checked several places and Amazon had this Bosch Duraterm glow plug at a good price so I figured I would give it a shot. It works great. The fit and quality and well. The glow plug I received was made in France. It only took me a few minutes to swap out the old one with the new one. I ended up receiving this overnight from Amazon because of a close distribution center.

Starts Much Better When Cold and Easy to Change
After one of glow plugs tripped the check engine light on my '02 TDI, I decided to buy four of these and replace them all at once. The harness takes a little finagling to move it enough to change out the glow plugs. All you need is a 10mm deep socket, wrench, and maybe some extensions and joints to reach the two in middle a little harder to reach due to the hard lines. They just screw in and out really easily. Mine that came out of my car had quite a bit of carbon build up on them so be careful about removing them and try not to let all of that crud fall into the cylinders. But after switching the glow plugs out and popping the harness back on, I cleared the error codes and the CEL never came back on the engine starts much better now. These work great.

I bought these for my TDI jetta. The check ...
I bought these for my TDI jetta. The check engine light went away after installing them, but they don't work as well as the stock ones that it came with, which oddly enough were also made my Bosch, but had a VW emblem stamped on it. When it is really cold out, i have to turn the glow plus on 5-6 times for it to start. the stock ones i only had to engage once.

Best Buy
I have owned my 2004 VW Jetta TDI since 2006 and this is the second time I have replaced these glow plugs as preventative maintenance. Great quality. The price paid on Amazon is aorund $7 less per plug, saving over $28 compared to my local auto parts store. These are easily replaced and make a significant difference when starting during cold weather. To prolong the life of these, I have found if you install a coolant heater and run it during the winter you will prolong the life of these plugs and prematurely draining your very expensive battery. You can get the coolant heater from FrostHeater.com. It is better than a block heater, and relatively easy to install.
