I passed my exam on the first try. These cards where a life saver. You need to be as prepared as possible before you take the class and these cards did the trick.

Very insightful guide for a consistent and quick review for those who are preparing to take the CEM exam.The cards summary is the best way to keep in mind the most and critial information that are necessary to succeed in the exam.Regardless on how much someone has, the flashcards contents is straightforward and highlights the must know concepts for every chapter. Definitely will recommend this products.

It really works. But, understand, these cards are a complement to the full Body of Knowledge. I passed my CEM studying and practicing from the Body of Knowledge and reading the cards as a final step.

My review has two parts, the kindle version and overall content. I’ll start with my rating for the kindle version as that is the primary driver of my rating.The kindle version is almost unusable. The font for equations is WAY too small to read, and are the most important part (for me at least). The equations are just embedded images so increasing the font size does nothing. The attached images are a screenshot from the kindle reader for iPhone and actual kindle. The iPhone reader is actually quite a bit larger and easier to read than it is on the kindle but still nearly worthless.(Kindle version score: 0/5, which would get negative marked if possible)Do yourself a favor, if you are going to purchase these get the actual cards and don’t waste the money on the kindle version.As far as content goes, the descriptions for concepts and vocabulary terms are helpful, but could probably be a little more concise. (Overall content score: 3.5/5)

I purchased these to get an idea of what the test questions would be like. That is not what is on these cards. They are also not really flash cards as the the questions are asked like essay questions, and you get multiple paragraphs on the back of most cards.There are two parts to my comments- the content of the cards, and the format. I will cover content first.The content is quite good. The cards cover a number of very important concepts that are found on the exam. They are not flash cards, however if you learn in small bits of time (like waiting in the car to pick up your kid from soccer practice, or sitting at the dentist office), they are really helpful. They are good for learning, rather than a "flash-card" style review.The explanations in the answers are quite comprehensive, and pretty clear. The formulas are explained, but you have to read a lot of words in order to get to what the symbols in the formulas mean. I would not use them for formulas. You can bring the cards into the exam, though some proctors may require them to be bound. My suggestion would be to copy the answers of the few you need in groups by subject, after you have read them a few times and learned them, and then put them in your binder for the exam. If you have any of those pages from photo albums which are clear pockets for the photos, you could also try using those and just slide the cards in. Many of the concepts in the answers on the cards are found on the exam, so if you have reviewed the cards, you will be able to find the information here during the exam. Remember to be selective about the ones you choose, as you want to be able to find the information quickly.The card format is a bit odd. They come just printed on perforated card stock so you have to separate them yourself. The cardstock is only moderately thick. I was able to separate them all without ripping any though it did require a bit of time and care, but the perforations are decent. They are printed 8 to a page, so the shape of the cards is not 3x5 or 4x6 like you would put in a standard card box. I did find an old wooden recipe box that had extra height for recipe dividers would fit the cards, when a normal one would not. They don't fit well, but they do fit.The text on the back is very tiny. It would be much more readable on a 4x6 card.

Very informative, good for somebody who is a newbie to learning these skills. I am an undergraduate student and love how the flash cards explain everything in detail and provide background information regardless of the question asked.

On preparing to write my CEM exam I found this study system to be unique in that it gave clear and concise definitions. It was easy to remember the points and made it easy for the answers to be written to memory.

Flashcards have great information pertaining to the exam. Glad I purchased them.
