Awesome smell. I opened the bottle and it is THE smell you get outside an Indian restaurant that lures you in. Great mix of spices. And the chicken Biryani I made with it (and other spices) was fantastic.

I use this when I make tea. I don't use it for flavor even though it tastes fine. I use it as a healthy supplement to keep me alive and well. And since I'm still alive, I'd say it's working well. And I'm getting healthier than I was before. Growing old sucks, but it sucks less when you add this to your tea.

originally bought to make my own kohl but then i tried it on breakfast tacos. now its a staple in my kitchen & in my beauty bin. will be forever buying!

Definitely a great seasoning for tofu scramble! It magically transformed the tofu into egg. Don’t be alarmed when you twist off the lid - it will have a sulphuric smell. It’s supposed to smell like that way as it was “mined” near volcanoes. That quality is the magic that makes the tofu “eggy.” Great for vegan cooking.

This is my second jar. I absolutely love it. I use it in non traditional recipes also because of the complexity it adds to every dish

I normally dont write reviews, but these guys deliberately misled and scammed me with this product. The spice went out of date, but instead of getting rid of it like a reputable company would, they just went and ahead and printed a new label with a new fabricated expiration date so they could sell it. Will not be ordering from "Pride of India" again. They should strongly consider using ethical business practices going forward.

Nice glass bottle. It looks beautiful. I'm excited to use it. Conversion is 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon per leaf.
