Shipped fast, genuine product
Arrived fast, worked as intended. Used to DIY wire up a 14-50R for an EV charging port. Used with 6/3 Romex. Torque specs for the terminals are printed on the device which was helpful - 45 inch pounds. Used with the 32A EVSE that came with the EV, but we may get a 40A one later just to speed things up a bit. Checked temps while charging and they are good. Not much else to say, it's a genuine Square D QO breaker and it works.

Convenient ordering of a hard-to-get part
I don't know why my local shop couldn't order this for me, but they said they couldn't—so this availability online was critical to finishing my project. It's the right breaker for running my steam generator for indoor spa, installed perfectly.

Worked almost perfect
I got this as a replacement for a 25yo electric range breaker in order to add GFCI. Initially it kept tripping instantly when turning on. I did learn that these GFCI breakers only work with 4-wire outlets and cords, which luckily I had. However when the cord was installed into the range the instructions on the back of the range were not followed and the ground was still bonded to the neutral. Once I removed the bond for ground/neutral per range instructions the breaker worked fine.

Perfect Electric car circuits.
I’m a licensed electrician and built my house. When doing the garage I added a EV 40amp charging plug. I used 6 guage at 15ft from panel. So if you plan on doing the same as me use 6-8 guage wire, 40 amp receptacle and the gfci 40 amp breaker. Per NEC code garage plug need to be GFCI for EV chargers. I don’t have a ev car yet but I can hook a welder if needed also.
