EastonDELUXE BATTING TEE | BASEBALL SOFTBALL

The most important part of a baseball tee is the upper tube, this split after 30 minutes use!See Pictures!The paint on the base is totally cracked too, is this a real EASTON item or some cheap copy?!I'm trying to get hold of the seller via Amazon Support but the support these days is all Ai driven and there's no way of doing anything other than instigate full returns!!! That's NUTZ!Please hear this comment dear Amazon management, this Ai stuff needs to have a simple way of allowing "thinking out of the Ai box" (e.g. a callback from a human) on the customer support side, particularly for loyal PRIME customers...🍀The Amazon support was always 2nd to none in the past with call backs etc.!!!Just sayin'! 🤟😎I would settle for a replacement of the part that broke, that isn't as old, or whatever caused the rubber to split so easily...That would be a lot easier/cheaper to ship from the manufacturer directly to me or via the seller.Having to send back the whole heavy thing isn't an ideal option at all!Particularly since I could easily bandage up the current part with duct tape and rubber cement or similar, if I was offered a replacement part to be shipped asap by the seller...(The paint on the base is of little consequence since I'd expect that to flake off over time anyway.)My son needs a Tee for Batting practice and this one ought to be the perfect item, since his baseball club uses these (not bought from Amazon though)!I look forward to hearing from the seller how we can get this sorted... 🍀
