The Good:The tool did the job well, and I managed to easily remove my inner tie-rods.I recommend to go straight to this tool, and avoid one of the cheaper type, with a cam that just can't get enough torque on the tie rod to remove it. (this is in pic 1, above the box)The Bad:The crows feet are not etched with the sizes as shown in the listing.Only 7 crows feet adapters included not 9 as advertised, the box does not even hold 9 as pictured in the listing.You can see the sizes in the picture.I'm not sure why anyone would need 15mm or 18mm adaptor.2 x 35mm for some reasonno 29mm (the size I needed).That being said, I chanced using 32.5mm, which was obviously very sloppy fit, but it did the job, and I was able to easily break the inner tie rods loose, and also reinstall. Hopefully tight enough as the ill fitting crows foot made it difficult to get enough purchase.As someone else stated, the locking ring does tend to pop off from time to time, especially when you manage to break the tie rod loose, but is easily reinstalled.A god tool, which works well for the purpose its designed for, but it's let down by missing sizes, and also useless sizes, which are not listed in the listing.

I used this to replace my Inner Tie Rod on my Transporter. Initially it looked good quality, however it wasn't strong enough for the job. It started to round off the tie rod flat's because the tool was spreading and slipping. I had to force on the next size down so it was a very tight fit just to remove the tie rod, and the same when I fitted the new one.The different sized attachments are very skinny and are a sloppy fit in the end of the extension. This is allowing them to spread apart and slip on the flats of the tie rod.Not only that but the extension piece would not fit over the knuckle of the tie rod to reach the flats it needed to engage on. I only just managed to get purchase between the adaptor and the extension.A shame because it looked like a nice piece of kit.

Bought it for a particular job as its long reach. I run a garage and change lots of inner rack ends. As it didn't work on the vehicle I hoped I gave it a chance. Since then I've had opportunity to use it at least 6 times on different vehicles and not once has it fitted!!. I cba to send it back as I can just claim it against tax. Looks good in pictures but useless in real life situations
