Great camera and very helpful seller
Due to a very dangerous home situation and under constant threat from neighbours, I was forced to buy a security camera to catch anyone coming into our property when we are away and after reading the reviews, decided to settle on the EzViz Mino O.The set up was easy and though I had some issues after running the update, I had nothing but quick and friendly help from the seller, EpicEasy Ltd. Luckily it didn't need replacing and a hard reset and reinstall of the app resolved the problem. The seller also helped me with some basic questions on the functions in the app.The camera itself is quite small and unobtrusive, with options to turn off the status lights and camera sounds so to conceal itself better from intruders. The picture is very clear in day and night and even on a small screen I can easily make out the face in the snapshot from the app. It links up to Google Home and I can turn on and off the notifications through Home and using Routines without any effort. The sleep mode in the app gives an extra level of privacy when at home, but this needs to be activated through the app itself and not through Home. The live stream is very clear and loads within a second or two at most, with sound from the camera coming through slightly tinny, which is understandable, but still clear enough to hear what is happening. The two way speak function is also tinny, but is louder than I expected from the camera - louder than normal conversation level, but not as loud as a shout.Even without a memory card inserted, the camera will still send pictures to the app when it detects motion, but it appears a memory card is required to capture recordings. The seller recommended a Sandisk card as I was having some trouble with my TDK, so that will be my next purchase.Overall, I'm very pleased with both the seller and the camera and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

If you can't pair your camera read this! (Btw, brilliant wee camera!)
If you can't pair your camera when setting up with WiFi try this (credit for step 1&2 to other reviewers):1. Ensure your WiFi router has 2.4ghz turned on. You do this from the admin settings on your router (you can have both 2.4ghz and 5ghz turned on, but you need to have 2.4ghz at least).2. Ensure wireless mode on router set to mode 3.3. I tried both steps above and they still didn't work. So called the ezviz UK telephone helpline (01790 600125 - bit hard to understand but very helpful and fast to pick up) and they told me to check my label on the bottom of the camera with the serial number and QR code on it... I was told there were a number of cameras that were sent out with 2 labels applied by accident... So checked and I had two! Bit hard to peel off the top one, but when I did there was another underneath.. scanned that instead.. and hey presto! So far the camera has been great!! Good picture in night and day and app is intuitive and has a lot of features (can set areas of motion detection which it doesn't say in its advert, so great if you have dogs/cats walking around the bottom of the view area - can cut those bits out!). The 2 way audio is very clear and useful too. Definitely put a lot of thinking into the app. For £39.99 it's an excellent bit of kit, going to buy more for different areas as can link them all in the app.

Good little gadget for the price (provided some helpful advice if struggling to connect)
Had this set up now for a few hours fairly impressed with the picture quality and motion I don't need it for much other than to keep an eye on my front garden and front door; it's inside but facing out the window . You can turn on an alarm for when you go out on the app and it alerts you to motion in view of the camera , as mine faces outside it shows partial road and goes off constantly because of cars but through experiment it picks up very quickly as soon as something is in sight , I do not recommend leaving alarm on if there is going to be alot of motion around the camera it will send constant short clips to your phoneSet up was easy enough via app except I had a bit of trouble with wifi set up I called the service line and thought I'd share the info I was given to get set up as there's not any info that's shown anywhere just incase the normal way doesn't work.HELPFUL TIPSo to connect to the wifi your expected to keep the phone and device close for a minute and it connects to your wifi if that fails you can also try a camera scan where you have to shine the camera on a generated bar code to connect another way now this way failed for me also so as I was advised through a help email there is another way and this worked for me after many failed attempts ..Firstly you need 2 mobiles have the app on both logged in, on the mobile you use as normal create a hotspot using your home router details (so I changed the name to EE-.....) and used the same password and then connected the other phone to my hotspot via wifi,You must then use the second phone app to run the connection again through the camera so your connecting to your first phone hotspot via wifi on second phone, once the connection is established u can turn off hotspot on first phone swito back to wifi and the camera will automatically connect back to your router .
