Everything, they allow me to train kids who actually compete in a "real" mitt session nothing choreographed! I can throw counter punches to mimic real fight action.

Good for beginners or kids
These mitts/gloves are pretty big and have some girth to them. They are perfect for beginner boxer and kids. I use them with my kids no problem. Heavy hitter may hurt your wrist. These are perfect for throwing pouches and working slips!

no mobility in the wrists so you can really do much offense, which is the big difference between these and regular mitts. just get the mitts and use those as targets.
