When using the water part The water motor is staying on when not using. Cause it used to be quit and now it just not quit. And it wasting water when I'm not pressing down on the handle. And now even more water is coming out when I'm not pressing on the handle cause the pump is running.. I only used this 7 times since I bought it.. I'm not happy with it

Great for stairs
The width of this machine makes it super easy for one person to clean stairs with. The spray and suction are great and it's easy to empty out.

Water sprayer stop working
I bought this machine about 1.5 years ago. 3-4 months in there was water leaking underneath.. Now the sprayer pump stop working..Very disappointed 😞

I have used this extraction device to clean 150 chairs that haven't been cleaned for mouths. There were gum, oil, dirt. This extraction device made the chairs look like NEW!! Thank you for having this machine available!

Very disappointed in this machine
Very disappointed in this machine. im hoping i just have to break it in before it runs "correct". i recieved it today. primed it, cleaned it, then filled up & gave it a test run on my trucks carpet.. it says the jet is 55psi? No more like 20psi & thats over selling it. the suction it has on is very week in my opinion. its not sealed properly. water/foam starting dripping from sides. . i have a small bissel & craftsman shop vac that have better suction.. waste of 500$. calling support tomorrow..
