A little too big for my gloves and focus mits, however does protect my hands. I have issues with the knuckles on my right hand from years of training. Seems to help.

Over the years, this product has protected my hands for soreness and general wear and tear. I recommend this product to anyone who hits a heavy bag for exercise on a regular basis.

Kind of bulky but they offer great protection I suggest cutting the pinky hole and pointer finger hole off completely and cutting off the the bottom wrist piece off as is doesn’t really do much but make your hands feel for more uncomfortable once u customize it to your liking they’re pretty solid feel solid after hitting the heavy bag with it

works perfectly with inner boxing gloves, adds additional padding for knuckles. I never made it work with wraps only, it was very difficult to put wraps on it.

Honestly, just won't wrap well with your hand wraps. It was too big, and I ended up just throwing them away.

Really helped prevent chaffing and abrasions on the knuckles + they fit into gloves. Good for hitting the bag without gloves.
