Very helpful for menopausal joint pain
I've only been taking these for a few months but the difference in my murderous menopausal hip pain is obvious. They've made a serious difference

Huge tablets
These tablets are large and not easy to take if you have a small swallow. I need a full glass of water to get one down. More importantly I have not found them as effective on my arthritis as those from Holland and B.
