I’ve been using this for years. I used to be able to purchase it at Walgreens but I haven’t seen it there for a long time. Now I buy it on Amazon and here is the only place I can find it now. This is a fantastic product and it works really good! I will definitely be purchasing this product soon.

My husband swears this is the best decongestant on the market. It’s not always available in the store. So Amazon is the best place to buy it.

I purchased this for my mother to have on hand. She is an oxygen patient that experiences dryness on a regular basis. After trying numerous brands, she won't use anything other than Sinufrim.

Great product! I have only used this spray three times so far. It is working great for me. It seems to last a couple days for me. HOWEVER: I did order the two pack but only received ONE. There was a sticker on the package that states it is part of a two pack. I had to contact Amazon and I did receive the second spray bottle. But this has happened to other reviewers here. Not so sure I would order the dual package.

This medicine is one of the only nasal sprays that works for me and last four to five hours without drying out my nostrils. It would have been nice if they didn't shrink wrap it so intensely that you need a box cutter and risk nearly slicing your fingers off to get it off the bottle. I get the tremendous fear of a child getting their hands on this but it's not a fatal product so I'm not sure why they have broken the world record on the most secure nasal spray bottle ever made.
