Took me awhile... phone comes with alot of Korean apps and default settings, but the freedom of being able to switch providers at any time and take my phone with me is nice :)

I loved the phone but had to return it because it was not compatible with Verizon - ask before you buy!

I like the phone its great but will not work on sprint network but will work on T-mobile

Everything was perfect - the phone, the packaging, the shipment speed, except small downfall...tons of bloatware from KT. But yet this was expected from Korean version of the phone.Overall nice phone and transaction.

Honestly I would not spend 1000 dollars plus on a phone ever! But tmobile gave us the buy one get one deal and it made it reasonable. I am so glad we did that day! I was nervous on even spending that much on the two phone's but now I would not hesitate to do it again. I went from a note 3 to this so it's a huge difference to me and my wife had the s8 plus and that was a great phone and it was still a huge upgrade for her. These phone are amazing!! I cannot write in this review all the cool things this does and how nice it looks and the crazy nice pictures and video it takes. All I can say is there is no way one could not fall in love with the endless features this phone has. They have truly figured out everything and made a masterpiece of a phone. I originally bought the note 3 because of the note feature, being able to write things down and such. Being a contractor it comes in super handy. This new phone is so much more capable than any phone I have come in contact with and the 5g is amazing no dead spots anywhere, yet at least. Super fast, amazing speaker for music and at just under 7 inches it's like a big screen in your hand but not to bulky and I can hold with one hand no problem and my wife has not said anything about it being to big. Honestly I think it is a perfect size, but I do like large phone's so I can see everything easily and watch movie's and not notice Im watching a phone. You must have a case so my wife bought a otterbox symmetry clear and I bought the tech 21, the tech 21 is a nice case and I was sold at how durable it was but after seeing my wife's phone in the clear I just bought a clear as well to show how beautiful this phone is. It's like a technical work of art. Bottom line if you are thinking of getting this phone and like me were nervous about pulling the trigger on a 1000 dollar phone, realize that it is well worth it! And with expandable memory at a terabyte it's more than most desktops that people have right now.

It is a little bit too heavy.I wish it has a manual to help me using this phone.
