This pre-workout is definitely worth trying, especially if you're looking for an affordable and high-quality option. While it has a great mix of ingredients, the mucuna pruriens stands out to me as a favorite. I've experienced no jitters with this product, and it's the perfect value for the money. It dissolves quickly; although, sometimes it leaves behind a bit of sediment at the bottom that looks like calcium bicarbonate, but it's not a major issue. Same great taste as I used 10 or so years ago. Still poofs powder everywhere when scooping so be careful
