Very disappointing. Did not work properly. All speaking and hearing were broken and choppy. I don’t recommend this product.

It's ok
For the first few weeks it was ok. Very easy to install but after a few weeks the line became staticky and at times hard to hear the other person on the other end. Once I took it off the line became clear again. I will say buy at your own risk.

These came broken so I had to send them back can't really advise on them

nice detagler
nice to have since I use a land line phone and dose the job. review edit!! well it decided to not want to work anymore and broke today 12/22/2023. so I bought a different one I had on another phone in the house as a replacement it worked better and does not cut out while talking on the phone.

Bad quality on phone calls
When on my phone it kept causing static and people couldn’t hear me. I finally had to remove and just deal wit a tangled cord

Not so good
Unfortunately cool detangler did not work as expected. It actually kept slipping out of the phone and disconnecting my calls. I was trying to use it at work. I didn't bother to return it because it was only $5.
