Evercoat 403 Ever-Glaze Spot Putty - 1lb. Tube

I am a blacksmith and metal fabricator, much of my work is railings and gates, this has been incredibly useful to use after primer to fill in the odd weld edge that is not as tidy as I wanted or to fill in areas where paint will not get be between, such as with traditional blacksmith joinery. I have used this over dry rustoleum primer and then painted over the top and it's worked great!

absolutely perfect for RC model aircraft once glass fibre'd and before painting, sands so easy with no pressure or effort required.

This stuff has changed the way I make props. I can't believe how quickly it dries and how well it sands. It's much better than the bondo version, and it feathers SO easily. Also bonds well to plastic (namely, ABS printed plastic). A must have for any prop artist.

Was very gritty and not pliable enough. In other words, needs more liquid. This stuff practically applies dry and crusty. I should have gone to a local auto paint shop.

I received this tube from amazon and when I went to squeeze it to get the putty to come out, very similar to a tube of toothpaste, the bottom seam broke and I had putty coming out all onto me. This stuff won't come out of clothing so it ruined my shirt. I contacted the seller and wanted to return it but they only said "sorry" . If a seller won't stand by their product then they shouldn't be selling on amazon is my feeling so I can only give one star in this rating.

For the final finishing touch this fills in minor imperfections. Dries pretty fast. Don't use if repair is thick. Too soft for more than a very thin layer.
