Good product but poorly packaged.
Nice plant arrived but due to poor packaging two significant branches were damaged beyond repair. Still happy with the rest of the plant, but could have been better.

Good Quality - And Thriving!
The product arrived in good time, and after planting and watering it is thriving well. The plant is very good quality, with perfect leaves and colour. I'm really, really pleased and will go back for more!

Poor quality
Plant arrived slightly earlier than expected, but disappointed all round.Soil had come out of the pot and into the box, bone dry and nowhere near the size they quoted.Had been pruned hard so no real leaves and no bigger than what you would expect a plant to be in a 9cm pot.The plant has numerous new shoots but will take a couple of years before it actually looks like a proper plant.Purchased 2 of these plants last year, much cheaper and 3 times the size.Would I recommend, what do you think?
