I love it. Looks like new. Whatever they repaired is pretty seemless. I assume it has a new TouchPad because they get so worn out, and a new keyboard, and it looks pretty darn well done. And I usually have 2 browsers and 12-15 tabs open, some streaming music or video, plus photo editing programs and it's extremely responsive switching around, launching programs, or moving from tab to tab. Outside of laptop looks new. I'm very happy so far.*Update, it will be 3 years in Sept since purchasing. Still doing pretty well. Lost a keyboard button, but I use the laptop heavily, and have traveled a bunch with it. I also had to replace the battery a few months ago. But totally back to great working order since. I had checked the specs again since someone said they got one with the wrong CPU and ram, but mine are as described. Still love it.

I bought this to do some work and it does serve its purpose but it shuts off and it's not even the battery...I was on it for about 15 minutes and shut off. It's just a little finicky but I'm able to get what I need done for the most part.

Updated: battery died after 1 month. Contact Customer Support, refund is the only available option.I bought 1 for school. No box. It was wrapped with bubble wraps. No need to set up Microsoft account, just press the power button and done. Fast performance. The speaker quality was good (for student to study, I haven’t watched movie to check the sound quality)So far I like it. Dell is always my favorite when I need Windows operating systems.

So far so good!I received the laptop like brand new from inside of pc and outside of packing.The OS is preloaded, took 5-10 minutes to set up, loved win10 pro.The laptop hardware configuration is same as it descripped, the CPU is 1 sacket, 4 cores, 8 logical processors, SSD is great, lightweight and generate much less heat.For con, not really the con, this is not sexy slim type laptop, it is more solid, practical, engineer type laptop. 14" is a bit small for a man, but I use external monitor and keyboard and mouse, it is not a big deal. The configuration is Max,meaning no room to upgrade it which no one prefer to do that nowadays.Overall, I give it 5 stars which I don't do offen, in compare other PC's with the same configuration, this is about half price less.

This computer came with the incorrect hardware. The CPU was an i7-6600u, instead of the i7-6820HQ. It also only came with 8GB of RAM, instead of 16. I would be upset, whether those specific specs mattered or not, but the education program I'm going to be joining requires a computer that what was described would have fit, but what arrived does not.

The specs on the laptop I received were as described. However, I have had a lot of problems with the touchscreen and had to disable it in the BIOS.
