Pathetic product and even worse service. Pure cheating
New purchase installed in March25 but not working from day 1. After 3 days of chasing the service team, they told to take it to their service in Bawana although itâs installed in Gurgaon. Told them that it has not worked from 1st day and why should I suffer as going to drop the product from Gurgaon to Bawana and then in 2nd trip to pick it up doesnât look practical. The executive told that she canât help as now the product is mine. BIG MISTAKE & suggest you donât make by buying this poor quality geyser. Finally when I objected to this mistreatment, they said please get it repaired locally & send the bill, which will be reimbursed. Again they went back on their commitment & till date nothing has been done but got a message that my complaint has been closed.
