I wore this watch for a month and after paying $600 the clasp would continue to come undone causing the watch to fall off the wrist multiple times as well as the pin loosened. Have been in contact with customer service for over a month and still haven’t had a replacement watch sent. Have owned for 3 months of which almost 2 months has been trying to return. Continue to ask for my personal email and address to send label and replacement watch to and all I get in response is the same questions, what’s my email and address. This is absolutely ridiculous as I spent $600 for the watch to fall apart in less then 2 months. I have $200 watches that have lasted years……. Now I haven’t received any replies to my last two emails and still no replacement or label. If you have an issue, good luck getting it resolved

This watch is awsome it comes in a nice case the watch is made well i love it its very thick and durable the diamond shine in the light and they are real everything they said about the product true i tested the diamonds myself its not a rip off im not buying anymore movado watches or those stainless crystal watches... JBW give you more for your dollar 18k gold plated with real diamonds and leather strap for that price is a good deal

This watch is just. Beautiful!! Bought the brown for my BF and we loved it so much went back for the black. Very classy and elegant. My only suggestion is there is no instruction to pull up on the metal of the watch band to thread it. I thought the pin was too long and almost returned them. Otherwise, fabulous!!!

As an amateur horologist, I lean towards the classically revered Swiss automatic timepieces. However, I am always on the lookout to add to my collection when I encounter a very distinctly designed "fashion" watch. Some of them are very eye-catching. This JBW Phantom model is a standout. The reviews I read were mixed but mainly positive. I like the look of course and also the heft of the Phantom. The choice of arrowhead, lumed hour and minute hands, as well as the "blued" seconds hand, were all nice touches. I am on the fence about the choice of the sub-dials' functionality and color. As far as I can tell, the sub-dials are a pure adornment, in other words non-functional. The model I purchased was described as having "brown" sub-dials, however, they appear to be more of an opaline, graphite tincture. My only true criticisms are: 1) The unused dial space underneath the 12 o'clock position, seems unfinished (a moon-phase aperture here would have been stellar), and 2) the leather band, although genuine leather is a little on the "run-of-the-mill" side as is the deployment hardware. For a "high-end" watch originally retailing for almost $6K one would expect complete chronograph capacity corresponding to plungers neighboring a screw-down crown, top-notch Italian leather or even alligator in addition to a solid double push-button, butterfly deployment clasp. Update: as of 02/20/19 one of the pins keeping the strap attached to the lugs and case just popped out. I think I wore this piece a total of 3 times. Disappointed.

I really love this watch. I fell in love with it soon as I opened the box. I like wearing extravagant jewelry and this watch complements my diamond jewelry perfectly. I have big arms and this watch is a mammoth on my wrist. I love the way the diamonds shine and sparkle in the sun. It has the look and elegance of a five thousand dollar watch. This watch turns a lot of heads

That watch is beautiful but the band is a crazy mixed up mess!
