Totally numbs the prostate pain
Purchased my first to trial about 2 weeks ago and just ordered two more. I felt the difference by day 2, although my night pee is still the same, simply because I drink a LOT of water lolThe main positive for me over other medications that I have tried is that it numbs the pain by 75% and lets me carry on with my day. Certainly recommend

Useless waste of money
Do yourselves a favour - save your money and don't buy this. The product is absolutely useless. I've used it for a whole month and have not experienced any improvement in my condition at all. It's an expensive product for such an ineffective treatment. Nothing positive to say about this at all.

Good product
Does help alleviate my symptoms to a degree, but I am not being seen by a consultant until next month so my not be fully a prostate issue in my case anyway.

for me it works.
I take this for the common male aging problem, with 2 other vitamins and it works for me, I only take 1 of these a day not 3 + 1 Lycopene and 1 pumpkin seed oil, instead of the recommended 3! And I sleep right through the night with no bother.

This one works - for me.
I've tried a few different kinds of supplements for old guys like me. Most have not much effect that I've noticed. These do, after about a week. Everything feels an improvement. I can't say more, except to recommend any man tries these, gives them about a week or so to build up, and see how it goes. But I'll be sticking with these.
