When my dermatologist suggested that I purchase this product for--what my friend called a "cloven nail"--I thought I'd give it a try. My thumb nail split because of an issue with my cuticle. I started taking this product and after about 9 months, all my nails are stronger. The split nail is gone to the point my nail has actually grown out. For some time I had to keep it filed all the way down because if it grew out even a little, it split and tore the rest of my nail. I know it's pricey, but I found it worked.Also, it is REALLY important to also rub hand lotion into the cuticles and nails of each finger every night before going to bed. I think doing that also really helped.

I have thinning hair and this seems to work best. I tried another for a few months and can't wait to get back to this one! Noticed thicken hair on this!

Best hair nail and skin supplement available. I have thyroid issues and this has truly earased the issue with hair thinning and weak nails as well as dry skin! Have taken them for two years and wouldn't use any other!

I believe they do what they are supposed to do, but they are so large I have trouble taking them everyday. It puts me off.

I cannot believe the improvement in my nail strength and the new hair growth. I do use other hair products that have boosted the hair growth.

I have been having trouble finding this wonderful product that actually made my hair and nails grow! Thank goodness for it!

I already notice a difference in my nails after 2 months.
