This is the most perfect blend of SPICE-IT-UP and TOO HOT. I am so impressed with this chipolte chili blend that my mind is almost blown! I have been searching for, at least, SIX months in search of a chili blend that kicks the flavor of foods up without being unbearable. THIS ONE IS IT!! I am not a spice loving person, but I needed/wanted a WARM chili to make dishes less bland. This bottle of chili arrived yesterday and I sprinkled a tad bit on some baked chicken & veggie salad and WOW! THIS IS JACKPOT!If you want a perfect chili that is a perfect " warmth" but allows the flavor of the food to shine through, this is it. The spice just kinda sits in the background of my tastebuds, letting me know that it's there, but never burns or intrude. The warm flavors will go well with fish, beef, salmon, BBQ....anything you can imagine. Glad I happened to click on this one. I recommend it for all the reasons aforementioned.

This stuff is delicious. Spicy and smokey. A delight on vegetables and meat. Probably good on fruit, but I haven't tried that. Hmm. Anyway, I've nearly used the whole bottle, sprinkling in on this and that. I only notice I forgot to review this as I was putting in my order for another.Note: This is spicy. It is Chipotle, after all. And it's just ground, not in a sauce or anything to hide the delicious spicy flavor. So if you are the kind that thinks regular old black pepper is too spicy, don't get this for yourself. But go ahead and get it for all the peple you love! :)
