NeoStrata Ultra Smoothing Lotion AHA 10, 6.8 Fluid Ounce

I have been using aha moisturizers as a part of my skin care regimen for years now and I've pretty much tried them all. This 10% blend is one of the best retail aha concoction I've tried. It absorbs quickly, dries well and is a great value considering volume you're getting for the price. It doesn't sting either and because of this, it could be great for first time aha users. It is also mild enough to use as a daytime moisturizer, as a base for makeup after aplying a generous amount of sunblock. I do not even use foundation because my skin is glowy smooth that i only put a dab of blush and some lose face powder and i am good to go! Get THIS neostrata aha, you won't regret it! I even prefer this mote than the 15% gel/cream versions that sting and are harsher on sensitive skin--and also twice as expensive for lesser quantity. I've tried them all and this formulation is the best by far.

I have been using this product for years. AHA 10 is one of the highest content of glycolic acid available. This lotion works to rejuvenate new skin cell growth. There's a notable difference in the appearance of the skin after one month use. I start using the lotion on my face after the summer months.( I avoid using the lotion during the summer or in the sun which can cause the skin to burn). I start out by using twice a day for two weeks, then once a day. The lotion gives an even skin tone and brightness to the complexion and helps to eliminate brown spots. I have had many people compliment me for radiant skin tone. I have no doubt that anyone who uses this lotion will see an improvement. The unscented. lotion is one of the best skin lotions available and so reasonably priced.

What I received did not look like this picture. It was a tube instead. I guess that is ok. The box was smashed down at all corners but the tube itself was ok. Seems like a good product so far-- been using several weeks now. Broke out a bit during week one but not so much now. Still have clogged pores and No fading on spots yet, but probably too soon to tell. Will give it a few months.

I used this as directed but saw no improvement. Beauty products ike this are over rated. We are all going to end up in a wrinkle heap one day.

I have oily skin and with that comes some acne. This product was recommended by my dermatologist and I love it! It helps fade those acne scars along with diminishing fine lines and wrinkles. My pores are smaller and I have less breakouts since I started using it a couple of years ago. If you're new to using this product you may want to only use once per day to start and then build to twice per day. I found when I first started using this product my skin was getting a little irritated, but it went away once my skin adjusted to it and now I use in the am and pm. Definitely recommend.

My issue is not with the product - I like the product very much and have been using it for several years. My problem is with the packaging. If you order this product, it won't come in the bottle as pictured. It will come in a tall tube (similar to what you might get with hand lotion, hair conditioner, etc). Why I don't like the tube is that it is prone to waste product. You need VERY little product to cover your face. The bottle with the flip cap allowed more control over how much product came out. If too much came out, you could take the cap off an put the excess back in the bottle. With the tube, if too much product comes out, there is only a tiny hole in the the top of the tube once the cap is removed, and it's not possible to put the product back in. Maybe that was a purposeful design change - more product will be wasted, making it necessary to buy the product more frequently. I have notified Amazon and the seller to change the package image on the Amazon website, but that has not happened.

I have been using this lotion every night for a month and it is fantastic. My skin stays hydrated without being greasy or flaky, my pores are clearing out and becoming less visible, and the overall tone is much more even. I use a Vitamin C serum and sunscreen during the day. Great for acne prone, combo skin. A little goes a long way. Great value!
