I do daily higher-impact activities such as kickboxing and dance. My left ankle has been feeling stiff, and I have some issues with the toes on that same foot. I started using this brace during my workouts to add support and prevent injury. It's easy to use, does not negatively impact my exercise, and provides the support I am looking for. I'm happy with the purchase. I experimented using other lightweight ankle braces, but this one is my favorite and the only one I am currently using.

I have a problem with one of my legs because of spinal issues. My ankle would turn on its side while walking sometimes, mostly in grass. After ordering this ankle brace it helps keep the ankle in a healthy position. I have to add here I also do daily ankle exercises with the large rubber bands. Yellow and light green.

I received this item quickly. I bought these due to laxity and history of sprains in both of my ankles. My left ankle, especially, is very unstable and painful to be on my feet for any length of time. I recently had surgery, requiring crutches and relying on my left leg to get around. I wanted a brace to provide support to my overused and now angry ankle.Disclaimer, I have a difficult time finding ankle braces that properly fit my puny ankles. Unfortunately, this brace did not work for me either. Given my ankle measurement of 11”, I bought a size small. Like many ankle braces, I couldn’t get the brace tight enough around my lower ankle, where I needed the support the most. I tried different socks and support sleeves under the brace to fill the gap. While those likely would have helped, it made it difficult to get my foot in my sneakers due to the bulk. Having tried many other ankle braces and supports, I also feel these braces are pricey when compared to other similar braces. If you have small ankles, I probably wouldn’t recommend these braces, as I think there are more effective, less expensive, options.

I really like the way it fit, but I will have to return it for a bigger size. If you have thicker legs or your ankle still has quite a bit of swelling, I recommend going up a size

After several hours of wear it becomes very uncomfortable that I have to remove it!

Awesome. The best I have had so far. I am super picky about ankle braces and tried plenty of types. This one is the absolute sweat spot between enough freedom around the pivot, enough resistance sideways, and tight grip without hurting.Materials feel high quality. A bit hard to get the feet in and out but it works very well.

The small was not small enough for my ankle. My ankle still rolled. It fit well above my ankle but there was a 2 inch gap on both sides of my ankle and foot. This product is NOT for narrow feet and ankles and I am a 49 year old woman. If you have thicker ankles this might work for you. My orthopedic gave me something more sturdy and it fits better in my shoes and insurance covered most of the cost.

The Dr wanted to put me in a walking boot cast. But I have to work and I would not be allowed to do so at my work with that. They would put me off on medical. I got this instead and wore it with a tennis shoe. It let my ankle heal and now many weeks later my ankle no longer hurts. Great item. Recommend it has fantastic support and keeps you from twisting or hyperextending your ankle.
