Broken cap, more than half of shampoo contents spilled out in the shipping envelope.
Too bad, it smells nice but I had to tossed it out in the trash. Need replacement please. And make sure that it’s in a durable protective box and secure its cap with tape or something like foam.

Something growing in it
Received a bottle that had a glob of what looked like some kind of mold growing in the bottom. Threw it away and will never purchase this brand again. Disgusting.
