Don't Fret 105 Violin Accessory for 3/4 violin or 13" viola'

I have the 4/4 size on my fiddle, and recently purchased this 3/4 size for my child's fiddle. Our teacher thinks this is the greatest thing since sliced bread! She doesn't have to play the game of trying to place the tape in the correct position.It's very helpful for learning the fingering positions, but doesn't "lock you in" to needing it. I don't even look at mine, anymore, and I've only been playing for two years. I may reference it again, once I start learning how to play outside of first position.It was fairly simple to apply. Loosen the strings, peal the backing from the narrow end, line it up, and start sticking & pealing as you go along.Highly recommend!

This is a knock off that does not work. My teacher told me to return it since the finger positions are not ok.

Nice to have. Nice to know about. I cut up too and put them on a full-sized violin. Nice to know they are there, since I play a 3/4 marked with electrician's tape and duct tape and stickers for the mystery notes.--because I have small hands and am small. I find it is easier to make certain reaches with a smaller violin.

Product as advertised, though after learning and practicing more on a full size violin without fret stickers, find that learning without is better, as an adult learner.

Bought one of these, it came when it said it would, it looks perfectly nice, however it doesn't say on the product description that it is for a 13" viola or a 3/4 violin :(

I got this for my new Cecilio 15.5" viola because the one for my Cecilio 4/4 violin fits and works *perfectly* (verified with a digital tuner). Sorry to say that the bridge length printed on this sticker would require me to move my bridge about 1/2" past where it is currently located at the center of the F-holes. I don't really need this or the one on the violin anymore but they are a very nice security blanket for a guitarist just starting out with a fretless instrument.As others have posted you need to pay attention to the bridge length/location as described when buying these. I'm still giving 5 stars because if the bridge matches what they say the pitch will be right on the money and guitarists especially will love the look of these 'fake frets'.
