Cap could not be reinstalled regardless of filter installation methodology.
Cap could not be reinstalled with filter first seated. Can not seat filter if first attached to cap. Excessive force might be required.Tool and significant force required to separate from cap. Plastic basket has flash from mold which should have been removed. Obviously these filters are not QA'd or standards are low.

7.3 l fuel filters.
Very fast shipping product look good. One arrived at the enthave yet to try 1 pretty much look like it will work.I will probably use them again.

Cheaper in the short run
I change this filter more often then the oem filter because of particles per million specs and future problems to the injection system
