Just what I needed! Due to hip, shoulder, and back issues, I need various options for seating or I get migraines and other pains. While I don't use the saddle all the time, it gives me all the variety I was searching for. It has quite a bit of movement, which helps keep pains at bay. It's light so I can easily bring this to work whenever I want. Pleased with this purchase.

I really think if you’re interested, you should give it a whirl.I liked the concept. The movement for my pelvis and lower back was great.I did not like the carpeted base and disc. (Pictures we’re attempted but I’m not sure they show the clarity I was hoping to get.) After about 9ish days of use it flattened out and made for a slippery ride. So slippery that, as I leaned forward a little, the round saddle base just slid right out of the base and plopped me on the floor. It was a good laugh for my students but I wasn’t amused.I would suggest the base and the extra disc that come along with the saddle should be backed in some type of rubbery/grippy material. Perhaps some kind of cross between a shelf liner and those things you use to open pickle jars. You could still get movement but without totally sliding out.

My physical therapist as well as myself really liked this product as it's especially good for routines to address my physical issues and for what I need physically from hippotherapy. Also works well to use for Feldenkrais movements. . .

I bought this after a few failed attempts at other saddle stools. I love that I can just have this in my office and use it on and off throughout the day. It just sits on top the chair without attaching in any way, providing a bit of a balance-ball effect. It also comes with a hard base with a divot for using on really soft chairs. I have a mesh chair, so at first I used the seat on top of the base. However, this felt a little unstable to me, there were too many layers sliding around and it was hard to adjust. I currently just use it without the soft-chair base. It sinks in to the chair a bit more than it's supposed to, so there is a bit less active sitting and balancing, but this feels ok to me. Overall, I really like it. It's expensive for what it is, but I feel like it is a lot more durable than similarly priced saddle stools, and it's less of an all-day commitment! Plus I can take it home from the office and use it when teleworking.

Aside from being uncomfortable, the item reeked of a horrible odor. It caused irritation and an itching sensation from the other room. It goes back.

I love this thing. I have tried so many ways to make office chairs more ergonomic, and it seems like I fix one issue but cause another. My back, neck, and shoulders feel better than they have in decades. Thank you!!!

It's a higher quality product than I expected. And quite effective at making you to sit as you would in a saddle, which opens the hips. The movement it allows helps make this a nice stretch and comfortable enough so doesn't interfere with work.

I was looking for a stool substitute that would help me sit more upright while painting. This put a lot of pressure between my “sit bones” Making it very uncomfortable. It did not promote any better posture than sitting on the edge of the chair. The wobble board like setup was too slippery for me and it just didn’t work.
