Tried all sorts of fat burners thought I'd give this a go. Only been using this product for a week and half along with a rough slimming world diet and a yoga app and so far I've lost 2 kg. I feel their make you more thirsty, which is great as you need to stay hydrated so its doubled my intake of water from 3 to 6 litres a day. So far so good.

I take loads of medication ones tramadol and they have loads of side affects I’ve put on so much weight and the above have helped me go to the toilet which was a big problem, I have only started taking them a week ago but I feel better within myself already. For the price it’s always worth trying

Less than 1 week in so far so good cant see I've noticed much if anything. I read the previous reviews to get an I learned of what I was getting myself into and a few people mention severe cramps! The first day I took one with a smoothie as I've always been told to line my stomach before taking ANY pills. That first day I did indeed experience the cramps however the following day I took during my dinner and it was completely fine. So my advise take during or after a decent meal not sure that applies to salad it needs to be a substantial meal.

I must say few things have inspired me to write reviews before but I’m extremely happy with this product! I’ve only had them for 6 days and lost 3 kgs.I haven’t been following any diet although I’m in a place mentally now I’ve had a surprise loss to adopt a better eating pattern, these have took away my constant need to hunt for treats when I’m not hungry. I’ve managed to fast most of the day and eat a tasty meal in the evening and not feel in the least bit deprived! I’m excited for continued results and I am going to combine with Keto now my sugar craving is better controlled. I will buy more most definitely 👍🏻

I have been looking for a way to take MCT oil easier. Not only does this have this it also has a number if other vital vitamins. Easy to swallow and received quickly. My new fav supplement supplier

I was sceptical of taking pills to reduce weight before ordering, I am currently doing a keto diet and lost 1.5 stones and have been stuck for weeks on not being able to loss any more. I thought I would give the pills ago to try and start things moving again as I still need to lose 3 stone.So far I have taken them for 2 weeks and have not seen any sign of any weight loss. I will finish up the bottle to see if any weight is lost. Currently I would not buy again, there seems to be a lot of talk about miracle weight loss diet pills and not real proof and proper scientific trials.If I find they do help me reduce weight. I will up date.
