The ottoman is exactly like the picture. And the dimensions are correct. I could not be more pleased with my purchase. The color is exactly as pictured and the quality is superb. You get what you pay for. Don't hesitate to buy. It comes completely assembled and stuffed. You do nothing but unbox and place where you desire. It can function as a coffee table or extra seating. It's perfect and the perfect height for the average sofa. Just buy it! You won't be disappointed!

No assembly was required. We opened the box, pushed it out and dropped it in front of the couch. It's very nice and makes the perfect foot-stool or extra seat in our small living room. We have been using it for a few months and are very happy with the purchase. No storage, just a straight-forward design. No too soft or hard and the leather is nice.

We previously had a square PU leather storage ottoman to accompany our traditional sectional sofa. I thought I would try round, and wanted real leather and especially this color which I call saddle but is called cognac tan. We have one great room where we watch TV, sometimes dine, and I wanted something that would hold up. We spend a lot of time in this room! I was slightly worried about it getting wet and possibly discolored with use, wine, water, etc., so I did order Leather Honey leather conditioner as well since it promised water resistance. The ottoman shipped quickly wrapped in a double cardboard box and just some thin soft packing paper. Nevertheless it came without flaws. The legs are stored inside a different zippered compartment at the bottom of the ottoman. I was a little worried at first about applying the conditioner. It quickly darkened the leather, but as it dried it lightened up. You can see the photos of the before and after. First picture is untreated. Subsequent photos show the Leather Honey conditioner. We used a tray on our old ottoman for glassware, TV remote, etc. so I returned that wooden tray so you can see the scale. I put a throw underneath the tray, though I don’t think I have to do that. I’ve seen this type of leather in many homes and part of the ambiance of this leather is the worn look or patina that occurs with use. It is a look I like but not everyone prefers the scruffy look. This is the type of leather where scuffs and scratches are almost desirable, but others may not appreciate that aesthetic. Nevertheless I like how it looks post treatment and the leather has a wee bit more shine or glow than when it came out of the box. We plan to put up our feet on this and use the ottoman. The stitching is very nice and I love the corona circle/triangle pattern. It looks very high end! For those who received this with some marks on it, and were unhappy about that, I would advise using the conditioner which should even out any splotchiness.

I'd been looking for a replacement for a faux leather ottoman and had just about given up finding one in the size and style I was looking for, and affordable. I'm so happy with this purchase! It looks exactly like the picture, nice leather and will be great as a footstool/coffee table in my den.Unfortunately ours came without instructions for attaching the legs, and we couldn't figure it out without them. I contacted Poly & Bark, spoke with a real human (!) and they quickly sent me the instructions.We will see how it wears over time, but so far so good!!!

Very beautiful piece. I basically formed my living room around it. Love it. Only reason for four stars is it already scratched. I do have three kids but figured it would last more than two weeks. Still love it. Seems like the stitching will hold well. Good quality leather. Comfortable and soft. Nice and thick. Was easy to put together. Works great for the purpose of putting out feet up. Might get a tray and use it a a little table too. Was expensive compared to others. But I just loved the look so much. It is not a storage ottoman. But I wanted something to show off my rug too.
