Wouldn’t buy anything smaller! It’s worth the cost and size!
Best one I have found! I bought one of these about 5 years ago. The case finally wore out, so I bought a new one. Same great quality! I wouldn’t want to cart anything smaller, in case I actually had to use it! Plastic mask is really thick and I definitely trust that it would protect me and not rip, if I ever need to use it.

Perfect
Needed this item for my first emergency responder class as a requirement for my first aid kit. Small enough to but on my key chain and durable case. The barrier material is strong kinda like what they use for pool floaty.

Stands up to time. Ordered another
This is my second time purchasing this face shield. I had the first one on my key chain for it at least 4 years before the case on this finally broke off. As an EMT, I never want to be in a position where I have to do CPR but need to limit myself to doing "hands only" CPR because of a lack of a barrier device. I've never had to use this device, but before I discarded my 4+ year mask, I took it out and the integrity of the mask was still solid, even after 4 years of the outer box getting abused with my key chain.

Very nice, though a bit hard to push air through
I bought two. One to test how I'd actually use it, see how it fit, etc.Its made of inflatable pool tool type plastic. Has that distinct smell and its definitely not going to tear unless you're acting like a maniac trying to show everyone around you how tough you are instead of saving the persons life. The case is very nice, can be reused I'd assume if you'd buy other ones that would still fit.The valve however I will admit feels a bit hard to push air through. I've never had to use other portable ones. Maybe its a standard. I think it would be good if you were maybe going to use it on a child and didn't want to push too much air, but for an adult I'd feel like you'd maybe make yourself a bit light headed as you give the breaths.

Very easy to carry!
Ever since I got CPR certified, I carry these Face Shield Plus in my key chain. It's very small and easy to carry. I always recommend these to be part of their keychain for all the emergency team members at work. If you are worried about contracting disease by doing mouth to mouth resuscitation, the face shields will alleviate your concern as it provides protection from direct contact.

Good quality and stores easily
Ordered a few of these to keep in different kits. The hard case is sturdy enough to where it won't get crushed like the canvas/velcro pouch CPR masks do, and the materials are of better quality than the cheap plastic ones.I tend to think that critical life-saving equipment is the last place you should skimp. And while this costs a bit more than the others, I think it's worth it.

Lifesaver
I actually used this face shield tonight. I am an EMT and was first on the scene of a cardiac arrest. I carry this on my keychain. I like the hard case. I have carried the cloth case ones but the cases become dirty and worn. The shield is sturdier than most of the pocket face shields. It was a bit difficult to unfold sine it stuck together a bit, but did stay in place while I was doing 1 person CPR. I am going to order more since it is a one patient shield and I had to discard the one I used. As an EMT & a CPR instructor I would recommend this case.

Perfect Size!
This was for my son's Boy Scout camp first aid kit. He didn't use and we all hope he'll never need to use it. But, it's small, save, fits right in his kit, and it's a good comfort to have.
