An easy solution!
These are great. Easy to work with and effective. I've bought them for many too-bright lamps in my place.

It works okay for my application but I was expecting more.
The black material works best but it looks obviously out of place when used on a white LED that has clear casing etc. For electronics, stove led, washing machine led etc, the black material is really good because it blends in and you can’t tell it’s there but you can still read numbers or tell if power is on, heart for this use. For the white material it doesn’t work well if it’s placed directly on the led. It really needs to be about an inch away or more, and that’s not possible in a lot of cases, so it requires about 3-4 layers if placed directly on the led (or really close if not direct. It doesn’t seem to stick and stay very well on a horizontal surface. But on vertical surfaces it stays in place well. Application is in this case is some super bright outdoor lights and if there was a white version that filtered more like 70%+ it would work better when it has to be placed directly or very closely to the led source. I like the product overall I wish it worked better for what I was using it for and I really f&@$ing hate all these bright af LEDs! This product is a hero of helping to curb the light pollution LEDs create.

Blocking out the Sun
Great product and genius idea whoever came up with the idea. We purchased a new spot light for our flagpole. We didn't realize we ordered a mini version of the sun. Wow.. the light was so freak in' bright we unplugged it until we could find a way to replace the spot light or dim it somehow. We purchased these Light dims and we can now walk by the flagpole without getting blinded by the light.Thank you,Kat

Works as Advertised
Worked perfectly to further dim some small recessed lights that were on the same circuit as a pendant light which we wanted to stay brighter.

These did the trick!
These sheets did just what I wanted - I needed to dim my outside landscape lights that illuminate the front of the house as they were just a bit too bright. These sheets knocked down the brightness just enough to make for a good lighting effect on the house but still maintain enough light. Easy to install too.
